Can I add additional schools after completing the payment and the assessment?
Yes, you can add more schools after completing the payment or the assessment. To do so, login to your account with your registered email and password. Once logged in, select School Selection on the left-hand side, then Select More Schools from the menu.
Note: You may only add new schools and cannot modify previously selected schools.
I am unable to complete the payment. What should I do?
Try to log out and log back into your account and complete the payment. If you still unable to complete the payment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I start or resume the assessment?
There are two ways through which can you start or resume the assessment:
Click on the “Complete the Assessment” from the payment confirmation email.
Login to your account with your registered email and password. Click on Complete Assessment button to start or resume the assessment.
When do I get my report for the assessment?
Your report will be delivered to your registered email address within 24 hours of completing the assessment. Alternatively you can login to your account and select “Request Your Report” from the home page.
Can I request the report again?
Login to your account with registered email and password. Select the “Request Your Report” button on the home page. You will receive the report as an attachment on your email.
